Project Runway: International Adaptations

The Project Runway franchise has also had over 30 international adaptations. This includes:

• Designerspirene : a Norwegian adaptation which aired on TV3 for one season.
• Muodin huipulle : (Finnish, To the Top of Fashion) is Finland's version of the American reality television series Project Runway. The show aired on Finland's MTV3. The show was canceled after its second season.
• Project Catwalk : The Netherlands version of the reality show Project Runway. Season 1 was shown in 2007 and was won by Django Steenbakker. The show lasted 2 more seasons, for a total of 3 seasons, before being canceled.
• Projeto Fashion : was a Brazilian reality television show based on the American program Project Runway, wherein fashion designers compete by making specific garments for weekly challenges. On December 12, 2011, it was confirmed that the series had been canceled and would not be returning for a second season.
• Project Runway Australia: A reality television show based on the American program Project Runway, wherein fashion designers residing in Australia compete by making specific garments for weekly challenges. The show ended after 4 seasons, with the final 4th season airing on December 17, 2012.
• Project Runway (Middle East): is the Arabian version of the successful American reality TV show Project Runway. The show premiered on September 4, 2016 on MBC Group. The show features 12 Arabian designers who compete to become "the next big Arab designer". It was cancelled after one season on November 19, 2017.
• Project Runway Canada: A Gemini Award-winning Canadian television adaptation of the American reality television series Project Runway, which debuted on the Slice network on October 8, 2007. The second season aired on Global. The series' host is fashion model Iman, while Canadian designer Brian Bailey acts as the contestants' mentor. The series was canceled after the second-season finale on April 14, 2009.
• Project Runway Israel: Proyekt Maslul (Hebrew: פרויקט מסלול) is the Israeli version of the American reality show Project Runway. The show was hosted by Shiraz Tal, an Israeli model. It ran for one season and was ultimately cancelled on October 2009.
• Project Runway Korea: (Korean: 프로젝트 런웨이 코리아) was the South Korean version of the American reality show Project Runway. It was Korean television's first localized franchise from a foreign-language reality competition, and the third Project Runway version in Asia after Project Runway: Malaysia and Project Runway: Philippines. The winner of Project Runway Korea's first season received ₩50 million in prize money, along with a car and a fashion spread in Elle Korea; the second season increased the prize money to ₩70 million. The show's fifth and final season, an All Stars Season, concluded n May 2015.
• Project Runway Latin America: A Latin American reality television series on Glitz. The show was canceled after its third season.
• Project Runway Malaysia: a Malaysian reality television series adaptation which aired on 8TV that focuses on fashion design.The show was canceled after its first season.
• Project Runway New Zealand: It was the debut installment of the reality competition Project Runway New Zealand, which aired on TVNZ 2. It serves as the first offering for the New Zealand-based adaption of the American version, and premiered on October 1, 2018.
• Project Runway Philippines: It is the Philippine adaptation of the American reality show Project Runway. This reality television series, which aims to find "the next big Filipino fashion designer," is produced by Solar Entertainment Corporation and Unitel Productions. It is shown on ETC. The series has an erratic airing schedule, as seasons 1 and 2 aired in 2008 and 2009, season 3 in 2012, and season 4 in 2015. The show was hosted by model and actress Teresa Herrera during the first two seasons. She was replaced by Filipina fashion legend Tweetie de Leon. Fashion designer Jojie Lloren serves as mentor since the first season while Filipino top model and lifestyle feature writer Apples Aberin and fashion designer Rajo Laurel complete the judging panel. The series fourth season ended on September 20, 2015.
• Project Runway Poland: Was a competitive reality television series focusing on fashion design in Poland which aired on March 2, 2014.
• Projecto Moda (Project Runway Portugal): (Also known as Project Runway - Fashion Project), was a TV-show that premiered on 25 July 2010, on public network RTP1. It was the Portuguese version of Project Runway and only lasted one season.
• Project Runway Vietnam: was s a reality television program in Vietnam for training search and designer fashion by Multimedia company JSC, copyright holder and producer. It aired three seasons beginning in April 28, 2013.
